Richard N Rhodes • Principal & Owner

richard Richard N. Rhodes is the principal owner and designer of RNR Design Group, a communications design studio established in Denver, Colorado in 2003. He oversees the the development and delivery of branding, marketing and advertising services to small and large corporations and
non-profit organizations.

For nearly 15 years, Mr. Rhodes has tackled complex projects, including business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and advertising campaigns. His Fortune 500 clients have included the Regional Transportation District, Wells Fargo and AT&T to name a few. He also has handled tactical communication campaigns for various public affairs issues.

Mr. Rhodes is a leader who counts design, media intelligence, branding/brand renewal, strategic communications, social media strategy, advertising, marketing, web development and video production among his professional strengths.

Mr. Rhodes is a 1996 graduate of the University of Denver, where he received a bachelor's degree in mass communications and media arts. Follow Me on Twitter.

David Starck • Principal

david106x106 David Starck has more than two decades of professional experience in visual communications. He has implemented collaborative, comprehensive and focused solutions to shape corporate identity and brand management for companies and government agencies of all sizes, including Compass Communications; Douglas County, Colorado; the City of Federal Heights, Colo.; and Premier EuroCase.

Mr. Starck speaks fluently the languages of graphic design, advertising, marketing, interactive media and photography. For more than a decade, he has used his expertise in those areas to assist corporate executive teams with strategic planning, statistical development and analysis, product development and implementation and operational integration and management.

Mr. Starck believes in giving back to his community. He has served on several boards of governance, including The Chamber of Commerce of Highlands Ranch, the Douglas County Library Board of Trustees and The Women's Crisis & Family Outreach Center.

Paula McClain • Director of Marketing

paula106x106 Paula McClain leads strategic planning, creative direction, media relations, special events and project management. Her award-winning background in brand management, multicultural marketing, grassroots strategies and community outreach has been honed over decades working for clients such as Apple, US West, Starz Entertainment, and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

Steve Selby • Director of I.T.

His technical expertise, combined with a professional background in economics, helps Mr. Selby craft tech solutions that maximize our clients' limited budgets and resources. He has experience working with Global 100 organizations, government and non-profit organizations.

Alex Wilson • Senior Designer

alex106x1062 Alexander Wilson is an engineer of rich Internet applications and an interactive designer. Since 2002, he has worked for a variety of clients, including AssociationVoice, MDC Holdings and Xylem Digital. He also has developed web applications and multimedia concepts for national brands, including Jamba Juice, Einstein Brothers and Dots.
